Refund Policy

At Her New Favourite, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. As a small business, we do not offer exchanges or change-of-mind returns. However, we fully comply with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If a product you receive is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. This may include a replacement or refund, depending on the nature of the problem.

A product is considered faulty if:

  • It arrives broken, damaged, or defective
  • It is unsafe to use
  • Is very different from the description or sample
  • Has either one serious problem or several smaller problems that would stop someone buying the product if they knew about them beforehand
  • Can’t be used for its normal purpose, or another purpose the consumer told the seller about before they bought it, and can’t easily be fixed within a reasonable time.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return for a faulty item, please access your order via your account or through the confirmation email you received at the time of purchase. From there, you can follow the steps to submit a return request within 7 days of delivery.

Alternatively, you may contact us directly at and provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or video evidence of the fault

We require the item to be returned to us for assessment before a refund or replacement is issued.

Return Conditions

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging (if available) if the item needs to be returned to us.
  • Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method.
  • We do not cover return shipping costs unless required by law.

Exclusions

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size or style chosen
  • General wear and tear or misuse
